AI analysis on mobile and web surfaces bottlenecks, repeated steps, and delays across work orders, visits, and support workflows. Process tracking keeps field and HQ teams on the same flow — reducing manual coordination and reporting overhead while delivering measurable time savings.

The project unifies work-order lifecycle, customer visits, status updates, and reporting in one architecture. Design decisions preserve the balance between speed in the field and control at the center.

Updated screenshots and a short usage video will walk through real field and HQ workflows with concrete scenarios. The limited-access program will let early users experience the product in conditions close to live operations.
