This notice explains how visitor and contact data is processed when you use tanagardigil.com forms and services.

Contact form: name, email, message. Appointments: name, email, preferred slot. Technical logs and local preference storage (e.g. dismissing this notice) may also be processed.
Purposes
Data is used to respond to enquiries, schedule meetings, deliver consultancy intake, maintain site security, and improve service quality.
Legal basis
Processing is based on contractual necessity, legitimate interest, and consent where required under applicable privacy law.
Hosting & processors
Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt): Supabase (eu-central-1) for the database/CMS and Vercel (fra1) for the site. Processors under data processing terms: Supabase, Vercel, and Resend for transactional email when that service is enabled.
Retention
Records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law or for dispute resolution.
Your rights
Under GDPR (Arts. 15–22) and, where applicable, KVKK Art. 11, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, subject to legal limits.
